💨 Abstract
A six-year-old boy is accused of killing a premature baby, Zayneb-Cassandra, at a maternity ward in Lille, France. The baby was allegedly dropped by the boy, who was unsupervised and had been causing disruptions. Zayneb-Cassandra, born seven and a half months premature, was found unresponsive and died on Tuesday. Authorities and hospital officials have opened investigations into the incident. The hospital staff and other families present were deeply affected.
