💨 Abstract
A tractor full of animal waste collided with a drug-impaired driver's Mercedes in Chester, April. The tractor then crashed into a row of terraced houses, with debris and furniture spilling out, but luckily, no residents were seriously injured. The driver, Matthew Cumpsty, pleaded guilty to drug driving and received a 12-month community order, and a driving ban. Police emphasized that his actions left families homeless and caused significant disruption.
