💨 Abstract
In Germany, Roland Eichhorn of the Bavarian State Office for the Environment discovered a significant amount of humboldtine, a rare mineral, in their archives. Humboldtine, named after Alexander von Humboldt, is highly valued by collectors due to its scarcity, with only 30 known locations worldwide. The mineral was found in a box in the LfU basement, unlisted and undocumented.
