💨 Abstract

Two flights encountered issues at Gatwick Airport recently. A British Airways flight to Cancun had to return due to fumes in the cabin, causing passengers to feel dizzy. The plane landed safely after 45 minutes, and passengers were delayed 24 hours. Meanwhile, an easyJet flight from Madeira declared a 'pan pan' incident, likely due to a bird strike. Both incidents caused temporary runway closures for inspections.
