💨 Abstract
During a lockdown dinner in November 2020, a woman experienced sudden difficulty swallowing, leading to a series of medical consultations. She was initially misdiagnosed, but eventually, a neurologist identified a rare autoimmune condition called myasthenia gravis (MG). Further tests revealed an 11.5cm thymoma tumor in her thymus.
