đź’¨ Abstract
The UK is under multiple weather warnings today, with twenty flood alerts in place due to forecasted rain and thunderstorms. The Environment Agency has issued alerts for parts of Sussex, the Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Yorkshire. The Met Office has issued yellow thunderstorm warnings for large parts of England and Scotland, and a yellow rain warning for eastern Northern Ireland. These warnings suggest potential flash flooding, hazardous driving conditions, and home damage.
