💨 Abstract
A three-year-old boy, Ketorrius ‘KJ’ Starks Jr., died after being left in a hot car for over five hours by a child protective services driver in Birmingham, Alabama. The driver picked up Ketorrius to visit his biological father but instead went shopping and left him in the parked car, which reached deadly temperatures. Ketorrius was discovered dead around 6 PM, leading to the driver's termination.
