💨 Abstract
Wildfires in Turkey, fueled by record temperatures and strong winds, have forced over 1,700 people to evacuate, with 14 fatalities reported. The fires threaten major cities and have closed highways. While western and northwestern regions are severely affected, key tourist destinations like Istanbul and Dalaman remain safe. The government has declared several provinces as disaster areas.
