💨 Abstract
Air travel liquid rules are confusing but generally, liquids in carry-on bags must be in containers of no more than 100ml, worldwide. Some major European and a few UK airports (Birmingham and Edinburgh) are relaxing these rules for airports equipped with advanced CT scanners, allowing up to 2-liter containers. Always check specific airport rules before traveling, as duty-free liquids and some medical items have different regulations. Packing liquids in checked luggage is recommended to avoid hassles.
