💨 Abstract
Housing prices in London are finally easing, with a 1.1% drop over the past year. Camden, in particular, has seen a significant 5% decrease since July 2024. However, despite this trend, Camden remains expensive, with the average house price still around £1,056,775. Some London areas like Richmond upon Thames and Harrow, prices still increase.
