💨 Abstract
A technical glitch at NATS, the UK's air traffic control provider, caused the cancellation of over 120 flights, affecting nearly 577,000 passengers, especially at London's Heathrow Airport. The disruption, lasting about 20 minutes, is expected to last for days, causing distress to travelers, including those missing important events. The cause remains unclear; a cyber attack isn't ruled out.
