💨 Abstract
British soldiers suspected of fathering and abandoning children during their tours in Kenya must reveal their identities. The High Court ordered the disclosure of 11 soldiers' details, amid concerns of hundreds more cases. Many children seek legal parentage, potentially securing British citizenship. An ongoing investigation involves a British soldier allegedly linked to a 2012 murder of a Kenyan woman. Abuse of power and impunity have allowed soldiers to avoid consequences for their actions abroad.
