Roy Barclay, 56, was sentenced to a minimum of 25 years for the murder of 57-year-old Anita Rose during her morning dog walk in Brantham, Suffolk, in July 2024. Barclay attacked Rose, kicking and punching her, leading to her death four days later. He had a history of violence, including a previous conviction for attacking a pensioner.
