Lucy Spraggan, a contestant on "Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins," suffered a significant labia injury while bungee jumping off a viaduct. The harness caused the tear, leading to intense pain and bleeding. Spraggan, who plans corrective surgery, also incurred additional injuries, including a black eye and facial filler migration.
