💨 Abstract
A man was fined £558 for roller-skating into a London Underground station, violating TfL rules prohibiting wheeled vehicles. John Cejas, 27, skated through Whitechapel Station’s barriers in July, and TfL prosecuted him under Byelaw 15, which requires passengers to enter on foot. He did not contest the charge.
