💨 Abstract
In early 2025, Sophie Reddaway and Paul Acreman noticed their one-year-old son, Otto, had breathing difficulties and weight loss. Despite multiple doctor visits, they were told it was just a cold. In July 2025, Otto's aunt discovered a lump on his neck, leading to a diagnosis of stage four neuroblastoma in August 2025.
