💨 Abstract
A woman, Michaela Copeland, is facing charges for walking on an escalator in the wrong direction at a Greenwich station. The obscure offense, stemming from railway byelaws, carries a fine of up to £1,000. Copeland pleaded not guilty and will face a trial in April. She was seen using crutches outside the court.
