💨 Abstract
A senior police officer, Rob Cousen, sent unsolicited explicit photos to a female colleague and asked to meet her outside work. Despite denying the allegations for two years, a disciplinary panel found him guilty of gross misconduct. Cousen, who earned £100,000 annually, retired just hours before he would have been dismissed. The panel barred him from future policing roles.
