💨 Abstract
An intruder breached the House of Parliament, evading security and entering the Cholmondeley Room in the House of Lords before being stopped by a workman. The incident occurred despite enhanced security measures, including a new £4.5 million fence. Devon Dorrall, 23, was arrested and charged with trespass. This breach follows other recent security incidents at the Parliament.
