💨 Abstract

In recent months, thieves have stolen $400,000 worth of seafood in three separate heists. In Falmouth, Maine, 40,000 oysters were taken, devastating a local businessman. In Taunton, Massachusetts, crab and lobster meat were stolen from warehouses using sophisticated fraud. The stolen seafood may have ended up in restaurants.
