💨 Abstract
Over 20 years ago, a body was found in the River Thames with a note identifying the man as Patrick Jones, but investigators have been unable to confirm his identity despite extensive research. Similar cases include a young Asian male found with an ID card naming him Varinder Singh and an Asian male named Ali Hussain Levhi who was hit by a train. Despite having names and some personal items, these individuals remain unidentified, highlighting the challenges in solving such cold cases.
