💨 Abstract
A Jet2 flight from Manchester to Alicante departed without dozens of passengers who were waiting in a stairwell. The passengers had their passports and boarding passes checked but were left stranded for up to 40 minutes. Jet2 attributed the error to a mistake in stairwell directions and apologized. Passengers were eventually rebooked on later flights and received £10 vouchers.
