💨 Abstract
Three teenage boys in Bangkok doused a homeless man, Karn, with fuel and set him on fire while he slept under a bridge. Karn, 51, survived but was seriously injured. CCTV footage showed one boy recording the incident. Karn had been harassed by the boys for months. Police identified the suspects, aged 9 to 15, and charged them with arson. They may also face property damage charges.
