💨 Abstract
The family of Tyrah Adams, a 35-year-old woman who died in Louisville, Kentucky, is planning to sue the local government after she was killed by a bin lorry's grappler. Adams, who was homeless, was crushed by the vehicle's claw while sleeping in an alley. The city claims her death was an accident, but the family's lawyer alleges the workers saw Adams and did not help her.
