💨 Abstract
A Greek woman experienced a rare parasitic infestation when she sneezed out larvae from her nose. The larvae, identified as Oestrus ovis (sheep bot fly), were removed by doctors, and she recovered fully. The infestation likely occurred due to her proximity to sheep in a hot, dry region. The fly's larvae typically affect sheep and goats but can rarely infect humans, usually entering through the eyes or nostrils.
