💨 Abstract
An administrative law judge ruled that Tesla engaged in deceptive marketing for its Autopilot and Full Self-Driving software, agreeing with California's DMV to suspend Tesla sales for 30 days. The DMV has given Tesla 90 days to modify misleading language. The judge also recommended suspending Tesla’s manufacturing license for 30 days, but this order was stayed.
