Health tech giant TriZetto, owned by Cognizant, revealed that a 2024 cyberattack compromised the personal and health information of over 3.4 million individuals. The breach, undetected for nearly a year, exposed data including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and healthcare details. TriZetto serves 200 million people across 875,000 healthcare providers in the U.S.
