Godrej Properties Ltd, a leading real estate firm, has acquired a 53-acre land parcel in Kolkata for approximately Rs 125 crore to develop a residential plotted development project. The project is estimated to generate a revenue of around Rs 500 crore and will be built in Joka, a fast-developing micro-market close to the main city and Diamond Harbour.
