On May 15, three unidentified terrorists were killed in a gunfight with security forces in the Nader Tral area of Pulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir. The encounter began after security forces received intelligence about the presence of terrorists and launched a search operation. The exchange of fire resulted in the deaths of the three terrorists, whose identities and group affiliations remain unknown. The operation is still ongoing.
