💨 Abstract
Bird flu in a tigress has led to the Gorakhpur zoo's closure for seven days. Following the tigress Shakti's death, samples confirmed bird flu. The zoo has reported four animal deaths, with more undergoing tests. A sick tiger was also moved to the Kanpur zoo, sparking concerns. Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister has ordered increased vigilance across all zoos.
