💨 Abstract
Tara Chand, the working president of the Jammu and Kashmir Congress, demanded 10 marla plots and Rs 5 lakh for each family living in border areas of Jammu and Kashmir to facilitate their relocation to safer locations. He called for immediate relief for those affected by cross-border shelling and drone strikes, noting the lack of ration and relief supplies in forward areas. Chand also urged the government to provide financial aid to border landowners who have lost crops and livestock.
