💨 Abstract
A Delhi court granted bail to 10 leaders of the All India Trinamool Congress (TMC), including Derek O’Brien, Sagarika Ghose, and Saket Gokhale. They were charged for protesting in front of the Election Commission of India (ECI) in April 2024, despite a prohibitory order. The court mandated personal bonds ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 20,000.
