Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the Congress party of being ruled by a group of urban Naxals, and claimed they have a dangerous agenda to divide the country. He alleged that a Congress leader is suspected to be a kingpin in a drug trafficking case, and that the party seeks to finance elections by pushing youth towards drugs.
