💨 Abstract
A Mumbai court has discharged businessman Riyaz Bhati from an extortion case, citing vague and hearsay witness statements and insufficient evidence. Bhati was accused of extorting money and a car from a businessman at his birthday party, along with Chhota Shakeel’s brother-in-law. The court found the allegations unconvincing and doubted a criminal conspiracy, leading to Bhati's discharge from the case.
