💨 Abstract
The Delhi High Court has directed Congress leader Shashi Tharoor to respond to a defamation plea filed by BJP leader Rajeev Chandrasekhar. Chandrasekhar accused Tharoor of making false and derogatory statements about him during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, alleging bribery. The trial court had previously dismissed the case, but Chandrasekhar challenged this decision.
