đź’¨ Abstract
The Delhi High Court has asked the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to respond to Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid's bail plea and challenge to the framing of charges in a 2017 terror funding case. Rashid, held in Tihar jail since 2019, was denied bail on March 21. The court noted a 1,100-day delay in challenging the charges and set the next hearing for July 29.
