💨 Abstract
In Sambhal district, Uttar Pradesh, four employees of the Consolidation Department were arrested for their involvement in a land fraud case. The scam involved the illegal allotment of 326 bighas of government land under 58 fictitious names in Sukhaila village, which was officially uninhabited. The case came to light in 2018 after a complaint was filed, and the investigation revealed fabricated names and addresses.
