đź’¨ Abstract
The Election Commission of India initiated a capacity-building program for 371 field-level electoral officers from Bihar, Haryana, and Delhi. The training aims to improve practical skills in voter registration, form handling, and electoral procedures. Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar announced that booth-level officers (BLOs) will soon receive standard identity cards to aid in door-to-door verifications.
