💨 Abstract
Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has directed officials to establish a time-bound program for resolving forest rights claims and providing land surveys and maps to tribal communities. During a review meeting, he highlighted the struggles of tribal communities and the need for financial and technical policies for land measurement. The government plans to address technical challenges in land distribution and is considering establishing Van Dhan centres.
