💨 Abstract
PARAKH, a national assessment regulator under NCERT, is developing guidelines and a sample question bank to standardize question paper setting among various Indian school education boards. This aims to bring equivalence among boards, with a focus on competency-based assessment and a structured approach to paper setting. The regulator is also training master trainers and developing a question bank for state boards, and implementing the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) for continuous student assessment.
