💨 Abstract
On May 18, ISRO's PSLV-C61 mission, carrying the EOS-09 earth observation satellite, failed after an anomaly occurred in the third stage of the flight. Chairman V. Narayanan reported a fall in chamber pressure, leading to mission abort. This was the third failure of the PSLV, previously conducting successful missions like Chandrayaan-1 and Mars Orbiter.
