In Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, two brothers, Tilak Singh (35) and Vijendra Singh (33), were allegedly beaten to death by a village head and his aides. The incident occurred on Sunday night after a dispute over a power outage. The brothers, who worked as 'mehndi' artists in Rajasthan, had returned to their ancestral village and requested the village head to restore electricity.
