💨 Abstract
Opposition parties in Goa have strongly opposed the central government's suggestion to build a nuclear power plant in the state. Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar proposed this idea during a review meeting. Goa Pradesh Congress Committee president Amit Patkar called Goa a "not a laboratory for BJP’s dangerous experiments" and criticized the BJP for endangering Goa's environment and people.
