💨 Abstract
Madhya Pradesh recently signed a five-year agreement with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) to boost milk production, aiming to double capacity in five years. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav celebrated the move, but it faced criticism from the opposition Congress party and dairy unions. They fear the agreement benefits Gujarat's Amul at the expense of the local Sanchi brand and worry about democracy and autonomy within local dairy cooperatives.
