💨 Abstract
Bomb disposal teams in Jammu and Kashmir are clearing unexploded shells fired by Pakistan. Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo announced that displaced residents will return after security clearance, with early compensation planned for those affected by the cross-border shelling from May 7-10. The clashes, in retaliation to a terror attack, led to 28 deaths, over 50 injuries, and displacement of around 200,000 people.
