Junior doctors in Kolkata, demanding justice for a fellow medic, have called off their strike at state-run medical facilities but are threatening a hunger strike if their demands for a central enquiry committee aren't met within 24 hours. The doctors are protesting against a "threat culture" in West Bengal's medical colleges.
