💨 Abstract
A 14-year-old girl from Bulandshahr, India, who went missing in April, was found pregnant. A 25-year-old man, Bhura, was arrested and jailed. Initially reported as a kidnapping, the case was amended to include rape charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act after a medical examination confirmed the pregnancy.
