💨 Abstract
In Uttarakhand, a man, Anil Kumar (42), drowned in the overflowing Rispana river due to heavy rains. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inspected affected areas and directed officials to enhance safety measures. Over 24 hours, heavy rainfall was recorded in multiple locations, including Dehradun, Mussoorie, and Nainital. Increased water levels in major rivers and landslides led to road blockages.
