💨 Abstract

The NIA special court in Patna has sentenced six individuals to imprisonment for planting an improvised explosive device (IED) on a railway track near Ghorasahan railway station in 2016. The sentences range from 5 to 12 years, with fines, and will run concurrently, with an additional 3 months imprisonment if fines are not paid.
