💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court of India was informed that an order blocking the YouTube channel "4PM," which had 7.3 million subscribers, had been withdrawn. The channel's editor, Sanjay Sharma, had challenged the blocking, citing vague grounds of "national security" and "public order." The court heard arguments and tagged Sharma's plea with other pending cases challenging specific rules under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
